We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made gifts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, you can! During the checkout process, there is a 'Gift Message' field where you can write a custom note. We will print this on a premium card and include it inside the package without showing the price.
